A: Breckenridge and the ski slopes are about a 10 minute drive.

Q: What kind of transportation is available?
A: All wheel or four wheel drive is required during the winter. No bus transportation near by.

Q: Is there a hot tub?
A: An outdoor hot tub is nestled on a deck among the trees of the National Forest alongside a roaring stream.

Q: Is there a fireplace?
A: There are two woodburning fireplaces; one in the living room and one in the den, and two gas fireplaces; one in the dining room and one in the master bedroom.

Q: Is there a pool table?
A: Pool tables and video games are available in Breckenridge. The house provides books, table games and videos.

Q: Is there a deck off any of the rooms?
A: The house is surrounded by decks, some with the roaring stream running under them. Privacy from the decks and hot tub is provided by house being on five private acres.

Q: What is the kitchen arrangement?
A: Stoneybrook has a large gourmet kitchen which is fully equipped with all necessities (pots, pans, dishes, blender, breadmaker). In addition, a gas barbeque is located on deck adjacent to kitchen.

A: Yes. The house is fully supplied with ample linens and towels.

A: There is a large outdoor hot tub and a small dry sauna.
